General Provisions

• Notice: All notices of Seychelles Medical will be served by email or by general notification on the Website. Any notice provided to Seychelles Medical pursuant to the Terms of Use should be sent to Seychelles Medical customer support

Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms of Use, or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. Seychelles Medical’s rights under the Terms of Use are freely transferable by Seychelles Medical to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent.

Severability: If, for any reason, an arbitral tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Term of Use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, then subject to the aforesaid other terms of used shall continue and will be enforceable having binding effect

However, Seychelles Medical does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region, or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to You.

While Seychelles Medical strives to provide accurate services and pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or service information, Seychelles Medical may, at its discretion, either contact You for instructions or cancel Your transaction and notify You of such cancellation. Seychelles Medical will have the right to modify the price of the service and contact You for further instructions via e-mail address provided by You at the time of registration, or cancel the service and notify You of such cancellation. If Seychelles Medical cancels the service after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made without being liable for any compensation or damages.

Online payments

In certain cases, specifically about services, you might be required to provide Your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card, which is not lawfully owned by You, i.e. in any transaction, you must use Your own credit/ debit card. Miscellaneous

• Seychelles Medical does not proclaim, guarantee or certify w.r.t accuracy, geniuses, correctness and precision of testing report.
• Seychelles Medical will never be held responsible for any inaccuracy, shortcoming, defect or omission in the testing report.
• Seychelles Medical is only facilitating fixing of appointment with the authorized Lab for conducting Covid-19 and does not certify w.r.t test report.
• Seychelles Medical does not guarantee, validate or certify accuracy of testing report by the Lab as Seychelles Medical is only facilitator between applicant and Lab.      
• Seychelles Medical reserves the right to change or update  user policies at any time upon reasonable notice, effective immediately upon posting to this site.

For the test performed on the samples received from other locations, it is presumed that the sample belongs to the patient named /identified, such verifications having been carried out at the point of generation of the sample

The report results are dependent on the individual assay methods, equipment used, method specificity, sensitivity & quality of the samples received.

All investigations have their limitations & isolated laboratory investigations may not confirm the diagnosis of the disease. They only help in arriving at a diagnosis in conjunction with clinical presentation & related investigations.

The reports are therefore expected to be interpreted taking into consideration the mentioned facts.

A test requested might yield invalid result for various technical reason & this response will appear against the test name followed by possible reasons. In such cases fresh sample to be sent for the purpose of reporting on the same parameters.

In the event of results are withheld for the purpose of correlation or verification, the test name may bear preliminary status. This will be replaced by final status on finalization.

Any query from the referring doctor pertaining to the report to be directed to Seychelles Medical.

The reported results are for information & interpretation & will be shared with the concerned Govt. authorities as per standard guidelines

The findings of the report are restricted to the given study

The test report shall not be produced without written approval of Seychelles Medical

Seychelles Medical disclaims any claim of any nature whomsoever arising from or relating to the performance of the requested test as per mutual agreemen

The disclaimer & the waiver shall specifically apply to any specific claim implied warrant and fitness for fitness or general use

Strict liability or any case shall not exceed the invoice amount for the service provided and paid

A study requested may necessitate repeat study/further views. In such cases it is expected that further evaluation as requested would be carried out.

The same if not carried out may lead to a conclusion of incomplete study.

In event of poor sample, findings & the study may be limited.

Test booking slot is valid for 30 mins from the time of invoice generation.

Results will be available as per standard TAT- 60 hrs & additional delay can happen in case of technical glitches, unforeseen circumstances & changes in local and national guidelines.

Customer is entitled to cancel his/her appointment and claim 100% refund if the cancellation is at least 24-hours prior to the appointment. The refund so claimed will be remitted to the customer within 7 days. If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of the appointment, then Seychelles Medical will not return the received amount to the customer.

Refund will be done by the same mode used for payment.

Seychelles Medical is not bound to comply with the TAT mentioned by the airlines, as it follows the ICMR lab guidelines and standard protocol.

I undertake to strictly follow and observe terms and conditions which are integral part for using the services of Seychelles Medical. By clicking “Acceptance”  before using the services, I undertake to be bound by the terms and condition of the services. I further undertake not to dispute, challenge or raise demur with respect to terms and conditions for using the services as offered by Seychelles Medical.

I undertake to always keep Seychelles Medical harmless, innocuous, benign and immune from any and all losses, damages and claims so suffered or sustained either directly or indirectly, due to my act, omission, misconduct, negligence, concealment of true and correct information, misleading statement.

I further undertake information provided by me to Seychelles Medical for availing the services as listed on the Website are accurate, complete and genuine and I have not withheld or concealed any information whether material or otherwise.
